Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact us and let us know. To request support under our money-back guarantee, please email info@alafiaa.com with your order number, proof of purchase and reason for complaint.

Once we review your request, we will make it right by offering either:

  • A free replacement product, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Customers do not need to return the product to receive a replacement or refund. You can always contact us for any return question at info@alafiaa.com

Please note that your replacement product will be sent to the postal address in your original order, if you wish it to be sent to a different address, please inform us via email with your order number, proof of purchase and reason for complaint.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. 

Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 28 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
